Welcome to Entertain It. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Entertain It mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Entertain It lets you log, share, and discover entertainment activity such as movies, TV, books, games, music, and podcasts. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian’s consent.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
You retain ownership of content you post (such as reviews, comments, lists, and profile information). By posting, you grant Entertain It a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and must not post anything illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing others, impersonating anyone, scraping or reverse engineering the app, attempting to access other users’ accounts, spamming, or interfering with the Service’s operation or security.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Anyone can report a post, comment, or account from its menu. After reporting a post or comment, you can mute its author. You can block an account from its profile, and unblock it from there too.
We aim to review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
The Service may show entertainment metadata, images, and links from third-party catalogs and platforms. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon account deletion, your profile and associated personal content are removed as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to limited retention required for security or legal reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entertain It and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
